Reagan is 6 months old!

Reagan was six months old yesterday! I keep wondering how it is possible for her to get more beautiful but she does! She lights up any room she is in and has a very contagious smile! She is my happy girl! She laughs more than any baby I have ever seen and she mostly laughs at her big sister Sage. I was lucky to catch her sitting up for the picture because she nose dived soon after! She is getting stronger every day and will be doing it on her own soon I am sure. She is also drooling like crazy these days and I can't seem to keep her shirt dry!

Diana's Elk Hunt

After the much anticipated limited entry elk hunt in southern Utah, we have finally made it home with a monster bull elk. (I know right, I hunt! Crazy I know!) This hunt would not have been possible with the help of many people! Scott put a ton of time and work into making this an enjoyable hunt for me. We stayed in a ranch house with our two kids and with the help of my wonderful niece Megan and her little baby Brighton we were able make it a family friendly hunt! The hunt started Saturday morning. We left the house on foot at 6:00 in the morning. We walked in the dark no more than a mile from the house, set up, and waited for the bull elk. Our friend Ben, whose ranch house we were staying at predicted that the elk would be down in the oat fields and would make their way right in front of us. Sure enough they were there. We waited and a little after 7:00 a.m. here they came in single file line cow, cow, cow, bull. There he was. You could imagine that my heart was racing at this point. Here I was, with 3 guys that are die hard hunters, and the hunt being filmed, I was definitely feeling the pressure. I asked Scott about 3 times if he wanted me to shoot! Are you sure you want me to shoot?!! Yes, he says this is definitely a shooter. So I zeroed in on him and after one shot he was hit. It really is a crazy experience. Scott is pretty proud of me! It was the easiest hunt I have ever been on. We were back at the house by 11. The rest of the weekend we fished, relaxed, and went on a 4 wheel ride. We had a great weekend!

Yum! Let's eat some dinner!!

Reagan was so happy while discovering rice cereal for the first time! She is such a bright light in our home. She is always smiling! She is so full of joy and energy she just can't contain herself! I have also been VERY happy because since she started eating cereal she has been sleeping 7-9 hour stretches! Hip Hip Hooray!!

More Family Reunion!

Reagan and her Grandma Jean. So cute!

This was so hilarious! We had to duck tape a team member to the wall and who ever stayed up there the longest after taking away the chair won! We had a blast! Thanks Curtis and Steve for the fun games!

Sage and her Daddy! She wouldn't leave his side for most of the games! She FINALLY warmed up and joined in the fun.

Reagan and her Mommy!

Reagan and Uncle Curtis!

Family Reunion

Here are some pictures from our family reunion this summer! We had such a blast in the Colorado mountains. It was so beautiful and wonderful to be surrounded by family. We can't wait for next year! It is hard to believe that only 4 out of 9 children were there! Look at all of us!

Some Catching Up!

My niece Tara stayed with us a while back and we made the hike up to the Timpanogos Caves! It was quiet the hike with two kids! Scott packed Sage the entire way and I packed Reagan! We were all tired and sore the next day! The cave's were amazing!! I can't believe how beautiful it was! I also can't believe that I have lived here for 10 years and this is the first time I have been there!

Here are some pic's from Sage's 3rd birthday party! We had a blast! She wanted a Dora the Explorer party this year. We made bracelets in the rain forest, climbed to the tallest mountain and made rock animals, and went to hula hoop hill and blew bubbles! Sage had a blast and I am so thankful to everyone that made it!
