Didn't Preschool Start Already??!

Have I mentioned that Sage loves to pose?  She is hilarious! She loves the chin to shoulder one the best!

Yes indeed! Preschool did start!  Sage stared her second year of Preschool in August!  She was SUPER excited!  She was looking very glamorous for the occasion. However, I did have a little talk about wearing accessories to school.  She is such a girly girl!  School is going great as she goes three times a week and loves her teacher and especially loves all of her new friends!

Reagan was also happy about the big day!  She gets a nice quiet nap while Sage is away.  I of course get about 2 1/2 hours of alone time which is usually filled with cleaning house, or folding laundry while I watch one of my favorite shows!

Do you juggle?

  I recently saw a very funny movie called "I don't know how she Does it" with Sarah Jessica Parker.  Seriously hilarious.  In the movie a friend of the family asks the husband what his wife does for a living.  He says, "She is a.....juggler."  Isn't that the truth?
  Where have we been you ask?  Why haven't I been blogging?  I have been juggling.
As I am sitting here blogging, what I am really doing in my head is thinking about all of the other things I should be doing: loading the dishes, cleaning the counters, putting the clothes in the dryer, oh and reading my book for book club that is tomorrow night... Honestly I can't even focus right now.  I will update soon!  We have had a lot of things going on lately!
   I think as mothers and wives we have to become experts at juggling.  That is what I am at least trying to do.

Family Reunion

These kids could not have had more fun together!  They had a blast making crafts together! 



 Our all time favorite tradition in the mountains of Colorado is to fish at Trout Lake.  We were not disappointed in our fishing this year!  We actually had to start putting fish back we caught so many!

 Reagan and her Aunt Julie finally met for the first time!

 Sage caught a fish!  It was so fun! She reeled it in and everything.  Very fun memory for her!

 Sage was able to participate in the rodeo this year!  She loved it!

Camp Out or In...

We were brave or really not so brave and went to our first church camp out.

Brave because we went on a church camp out, not so brave because we didn't camp.  Rather we went for dinner and the night activities and headed home to sleep in our own beds.

We are yet to brave a camping experience with our two kiddo's.  Maybe someday...when I have an RV with the comforts of home!

Soaking up some sunshine

This summer has been filled with some major sunshine time.

The girls LOVE to get on their suits and head out for some fun.

We loved the Highland Splash Pad! So fun!

Last chance to hit the rays with our favorite and best friends the Daniel's at the Childrens Gardens.  We miss you guys!

A little breathe of Fresh air

Sage's birthday party this summer(back in June) was at the Boulder Mnt. Cabin!

It was the easiest and most stress free birthday party we have had thus far with our little girls.

It was a carefree day filled with playing in the dirt, 4 wheeler rides, and easy mountain hikes. It was just what we needed. We made her favorite meal of BBQ chicken, baked potato and corn. She had a Rapunzel princess cake with cupcakes for dessert, opened presents and watched Tangled with everyone! It was so fun and a birthday to remember!
